During a lifestyle appointment at the CWC, the philosophy is to row upstream and try to find the root cause of the problems by taking a detailed history from birth to now. A detailed assessment questionnaire will be sent out once an appointment has been booked.
The initial consultation will last for approximately 1 hour. Focussing on the 6 pillars we will  work with you to develop a personalised lifestyle prescription. The clinic aims to give you the tools to help you to achieve your goals and sustain them.

We want to make sustainable and lifelong changes that will bring joy in eating as well as reducing tiredness and maximise a rewarding, energetic life.

If deemed appropriate, we have specific access to specialist metabolic blood panels and an in-house DEXA scanner to measure and track visceral fat (known to cause in inflammation in the body and which cannot be measured by weighing scales). These are personalised prescriptions and will be dependent on medical needs. We also have a partnership with Chuckling goat (www.chuckling.goat.co.uk) an award winning Welsh Company that will give discounted microbiome testing to our patients at the CWC.
